We are proud to have committed to delivering social value in the borough by making 24 social value commitments with Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
Through these 24 commitments, we seek to deliver added benefits to the communities we work in, by boosting local employment, helping individuals to overcome barriers to employment, and working with local stakeholders to identify needs and mobilise our expertise and resources in a way which maximises our impact.
Examples of the work we've carried out include:
- Delivering 9 weeks' worth of meaningful work experience to young people in the borough.
- Working with charities including the Shaw Trust and Resurgo to promote our vacancies to long-term unemployed people and young people not in education, employment, or training.
- Working with HMP Wormwood Scrubs, and charities A Fairer Change and No Going Back, to help people with convictions find work.
- Donating up to £15,000 to local schools and community projects.
- Speaking with over 350 people at the London Job Show
